Jardin du Luxembourg is on the Left Bank of the Seine, not far from the Latin Quarter. Susanne and I ended up here one warm afternoon while wandering around the city. In the far distance, you see the dome of the Pantheon. By the time we got there, it was well past “beer-thirty,” so we dropped by the Bombardier Pub across the street for lunch. It was warm enough to sit outside in a t-shirt (in November!), so we grabbed a table on the patio, had our lunch and spent a couple hours in the sun. Yup. Another perfect day in Paris.
