The Academie Nationale de Musique, now known as Palais Garnier, or Paris Opéra, opened on January 15, 1875. If you want to visit this historic opera house, you’ll find it, appropriately, on Place de l’Opera, at the junction of Rue Auber and Rue Halévy. The guy standing in front was hilarious.
