The lower entrance to Mårten Trotzigs Gränd, which, at about three feet wide, is the narrowest street in Stockholm. I have read, but cannot confirm, that it is named after Mårten Traubtzich, a beer and wine merchant who arrived from Germany in 1581 and became one of Stockholm's most wealthy and powerful men.
