Here’s a good reason to wake up at 5:00 in the morning! Between Stockholm’s waterways, architecture, and magical early light, it’s difficult not to find excellent photos at this time of day (in May, at least). From Riksbron, the bridge leading to the Swedish Parliament building and Gamla Stan (Old Town), you get this grand view of Riddarholmen (“Knight’s Island”), including Riddarholmskyrkan.
