Here’s the color version of "Big Water, Utah 1." As you’ll see in the rest of this series, I’ve decided to start including more B&W/duotone images on the site. All photos in this series started with color 35mm film. But now that I’ve gotten a digital camera, I can take color in one shot and B&W in the next. No more need to "use up" a roll of film to get a different format (color or B&W) or ISO (speed). My new Fuji S3 is even supposed to allow infrared photography (cool!). As I learn this newfangled technology, I expect to present a variety of images on the site. I’ll be interested to know what you think about my choices. Also, if you already have experience with a Fujifilm S3 Pro, I’d be happy to hear any tips about using it well.
