This road eventually leads down to Lee's Ferry and the Colorado River. There was no traffic, save for an occasional rafting company transporting gear to the river. So we were free to wander, stop wherever we wanted, take photos, goof around, and basically act like we owned the place. Enjoying the glorious morning, we ate crackers 'n cheese, drank Frappucino, and momentarily forgot that we weren't kings of the world.
